iGaming Business – Legal company Garden City Group (GCG), which is responsible for administering remissions to US customers of online poker brand Full Tilt Poker, has warned petitioners that submitted incorrect or incomplete information may not receive their claim.

Last week, GCG sent emails to more than 2,200 petitioners who had previously confirmed their Full Tilt Poker account balance but submitted incomplete or incorrect banking information or social security number.

The email included information as to how to update and correct their petitions through the online filing website.

GCG has warned these petitioners that if they do not submit the updated, completed and accurate information by November 24, they may not receive their claim.

Petitioners with incomplete or incorrect banking information will be sent a cheque to the mailing address provided with their petition, should their petition be approved.
