Cecil “Paul” Knutson and his wife Dianna Bedwell went missing after a Mother’s Day visit to enjoy casino gambling and have since been found after weeks being missing, with Knutson dead and Bedwell dehydrated at severe levels. A private investigator for the family of the couple spoke with CBS 2 and stated that both were found this past Sunday near Chihuahua Valley Road close to the Lost Valley Boy Scout Camp.

The couple were set to return to their son’s home on the 10th of May in the La Quinta area but never returned. On May 10th, the couple were seen last in San Diego County at the Valley View Casino. They left around 2pm and no one seemed to know any further information on the couple.

The private investigator of the case believes that the couple went off road in a spot that is secluded after being subject to an accident and this is why they were not found for two weeks. Bedwell was still alive when found and airlifted to a local hospital to be treated for her condition.
