Oryx Gaming, a Slovenian-based software and services provider to the iGaming industry, has entered into a content distribution deal with Bulgarian operator Winbet.
The agreement will substantially increase the Bragg Gaming Group (TSXV: BRAG, OTC:BRGGF) subsidiary’s footprint in Romania.
Under the terms of the new partnership, the Sofia-headquartered operator will have access to Oryx’s impressive game platform, which features “unique, proprietary and custom content” from leading suppliers including Golden Hero, Gamomat, Kalamba Games and Oryx Hub. The latter of which offers a sizeable portfolio of casino games comprised of a selection of more than 8,000 games and over 80 providers.
Established presence:
A market-leading operator within Southeast Europe, Winbet boasts a “wide-spread retail network and established online presence,” and holds several licenses, one of which is issued by the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN).
Courtesy of the recently inked deal, ORYX Gaming will grow its market share in the Balkan country, after already establishing itself as a “reliable business partner” to a number of operators in the southeastern European country.
Milestone agreement:
Managing Director for Oryx Gaming, Matevz Mazij, used an official press release to comment on the recent tie-up…
“Partnering with Winbet, one of the largest and most reputable operators in the region, is another great milestone for us as we continue our strategic ambition to expand in regulated markets.
“Romania has become an important market for us and our offering has proven popular with local players and we are looking forward to being able to offer it to Winbet’s customer base.”
Chief Operating Officer for Winbet Romania, Mark Adonia, added…
“ORYX Gaming’s offering will be a great addition to our existing portfolio as we continue to grow our brand and cement our position as a leading and must see operator in Romania.
“ORYX offers a wide and exciting portfolio of engaging titles from premium suppliers which will greatly enhance our customers’ experience.”
SkillOnNet tie-up:
The current deal comes hot on the heels of the Ljubljana-headquartered company’s agreement to provide its casino content and marketing tools, such as promotions, leaderboards, tournaments and jackpots through just one seamless integration, to platform provider SkillOnNet.
