Casino software supplier Tom Horn Gaming has inked a distribution agreement with Gibraltar-based gambling company 888 Holdings (888:LN) for its digital domain 888casino, with the new partnership further expanding its distribution capabilities across new regulated markets.
The new alliance will allow 888casino players to enjoy a range of the omni-channel software supplier’s popular titles, such as its 243 Crystal Fruits flagship video slot, along with new games from its 2021 slate including La Tomatina and 81 Frutas Grandes.
Milestone deal:
Commenting on the new tie-up in an official press release, Ondrej Lapides, Chief Executive Officer for Tom Horn Gaming lauded the move as a “pivotal moment” in their long-term expansion strategy. The CEO explained that joining forces with an industry leader like 888 “means a lot” to the company.
“Not only does it confirm our games are in high demand among top tier operators, it also acknowledges our never-ending aspirations to deliver gaming content that is not only highly entertaining, but also innovative and safe.”
888 Holdings:
The commercial deal follows 888 Holdings’ winning the race to take over the non-American assets of William Hill, after outbidding New York-headquartered private equity giant, Apollo Global Management, with an estimated bid north of £2 billion ($2.7 billion).
Established in 1997 by two pairs of Israeli brothers in Ron and Shay Ben-Yitzhak and Aaron and Avi Shaked. The company was listed on the London Stock Exchange some eight years later and is currently responsible for a number of prominent iGaming domains including CostaBingo.com, 888Casino.com and WinkBingo.com.
Earlier this month, the company reaffirmed that with its “advanced technology, products and diversification across markets,” it remains “well positioned to deliver further strategic progress” through 2021 and beyond.
Enhances existing offering:
Also commenting on the deal, Talya Benyamini, Vice President B2C Casino for 888, added that they are “pleased” to partner with Tom Horn Gaming to “further enhance” their 888casino content offering. Benyamini went on to say that they are confident that their customers will enjoy the “innovative and dynamic” games, which “supports their existing catalog of industry-leading titles” and they look forward to working with the casino software supplier in the coming months.
Continued growth:
The new tie-up sees Tom Horn Gaming continue the “strong momentum,” having sealed major strategic partnerships in various jurisdictions, including most recently in Lithuania with newly established sports betting and live casino operator 7bet.lt, owned by Amber Gaming, and in Portugal with SkillOnNet.
New fruit slot:
Meanwhile, the igaming software solutions supplier also recently enhanced its expansive games portfolio with the classic fruit slot game, Fruits Go Pop!, which offers massive wins of up to x3456 the stake!
The 3-reel, 3-row title comes with an RTP of 96 percent and features traditional double fruit symbols, bells and sevens, with exciting mechanics. In addition to scatters, wilds and extra spins, the game also comes with a Gamble feature, which allows players to choose to gamble their winnings by guessing either the color or suit of the card and if correct, double their wins. The game was released worldwide on September 1st and is available for players to enjoy.
