DraftKings has reached a milestone in its expansion strategy by finalizing a multi-year advertising agreement with NBCUniversal. The partnership, unveiled this week, will provide DraftKings with exclusive rights to integrate its brand and services across NBC’s extensive sports portfolio, positioning the Boston-based operator at the center of some of the world’s most high-profile sporting events.
Exclusive Integration Across Sports and Platforms
Under the arrangement, DraftKings will enjoy category-exclusive rights in online sports betting, iGaming, daily fantasy sports, online lottery products, and online horse wagering. This means the company will be the only operator in these sectors to receive integrations and digital sponsorships during NBCUniversal’s coverage.
The agreement encompasses a broad spectrum of sports, from the NFL and NBA to the PGA TOUR, Ryder Cup, NCAA football and basketball, WNBA, and Premier League. Key global showcases are also included, such as Super Bowl LX, NBA All-Star Weekend, and the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup broadcast on Telemundo.
NBCUniversal’s platforms—linear television, streaming, and digital—will form the backbone of the collaboration, ensuring DraftKings connects with tens of millions of fans across multiple devices and viewing experiences. “Our presence throughout NBCUniversal’s sports ecosystem will not only engage fans in powerful new ways but also augment our industry-leading live betting capabilities,” said Stephanie Sherman, Chief Marketing Officer at DraftKings, in the company’s press release.
This partnership is being hailed as one of DraftKings’ largest multi-platform advertising deals to date, designed to deliver year-round exposure. NBCUniversal’s extensive sports programming calendar ensures the brand will be integrated during peak viewing moments, precisely when fan engagement and betting activity are at their highest.

The partnership also highlights the company’s broader ambitions. DraftKings, launched in 2012, has grown from a fantasy sports provider into a diversified gaming operator, offering regulated sports betting in 28 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., plus Ontario, Canada. Its iGaming operations span multiple jurisdictions, and through its acquisition of Jackpocket, it also leads the U.S. digital lottery courier market.
With this agreement, DraftKings has solidified its status as a front-runner in combining sports entertainment with gaming, ensuring its brand will remain highly visible during some of the most watched events on the sports calendar.
