The Seminole Casino Immokalee opened in 1994 as a bingo parlor and has had several expansions and renovations since then. Now some 20 years later they will be opening the first upscale hotel in the Immokalee area. The four story hotel will feature 81 guest rooms and 19 suites. A 24 hour fitness studio and swimming pool with cabanas are also part of the expansion.

Providing an amenity like this to the casino experience could draw in affluent gamblers from outlying areas who will stay and play longer. Another advantage is for the poker room which could more easily host multi-day tournaments.

The deluxe rooms span 450 square feet and the three largest Paradise Suites are 900 square feet, each with a separate bedroom. The total square footage of the casino and hotel is now over 175,000 square feet.

The hotel isn’t the only thing new at Immokalee. The entire casino has been refurbished and expanded to 51,100 square feet and a new poker room has been added. The high roller lounge has been expanded to include a cashier cage, exclusive bar, and its own restroom. Slots and poker can now be played in a smoke-free, private room. There is also a new Asian restaurant and an 800 seat event center.

New minor amenities that add value to player visits include a cigar shop and sundries. The casino, located about 35 miles from Naples, Florida is open 24 hours a day.
