Slotland Entertainment has released a new video poker game for players all over the world with Joker Wild Video Poker. The game is true-odds video poker and requires a little bit of skill or a lot of luck to win the jackpot. Players must bet all five coins of their chosen denomination ($0.10 – $5.00 per coin) to win the enhanced jackpot for a Natural Royal Flush. The Jackpot pays 4,000 coins or 800x bet!
Strategy charts are easy to come by online for those who aren’t highly experienced at Joker Wild Video Poker, and a lucky draw could win the jackpot on any pull.
Joker Wild is a single hand video poker game played by standard poker rules with 52 cards plus a Joker which is wild. Players can bet one to five coins ($0.10 – $5.00) per hand. After five cards are dealt, players click those they want to hold and then draw to get new cards. They can then collect their win or go to the Double Up Round to try to double it by picking a card that beats the dealer’s. Standard poker rules apply – a Natural Royal Flush is the top paying hand. In this version, the Joker is wild adding lots of possible winning combinations.
“We have three more video poker games in development,” said Michael Hilary, the manager of Slotland which makes all of its own games. “Like slots, video poker is quick and easy to play and we’ll be introducing several variations on the popular game in 2016.”
Slotland accepts players from the U.S. and is famous for fair game play and fast payouts. Go to Slotland and enter bonus code 12FREEBIE to try the game for free. Valid until December 19, 2015.
The game also has a double-up feature that lets players risk a win with 50/50 odds to double it.
For slots players who would rather not bother to study and learn strategies, Slotland offers a special version of Jacks or Better video poker. Game play is slightly different to other video pokers with this game as it only uses the true odds of a 52 card deck when factoring wins of Straight Flush or less. Since the game shares in the casino’s Progressive Jackpot, it employs the same mechanism used in their slots to award the jackpot hand, not the true odds of a 52 card deck. Game play on Jacks or Better is $0.50 per hand and the jackpot is currently at $109,313.59.
Jacks or Better is the only video poker game at Slotland that is connected to the site-wide progressive. Joker Wild Video Poker and the other upcoming video poker games in the winter release series are all true odds, single deck video poker games just like those you find in Las Vegas.
Slotland has been online and paying winners since 1998. Mobile gaming is also available.
