G2 Digital has launched Vegas Club Casino in New Jersey through a market access agreement with Caesars Entertainment, adding another operator to one of the largest regulated online casino markets in the United States.

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement has licensed the platform to offer real-money online casino games to eligible players in the state. The arrival of Vegas Club follows several recent market entries and brings New Jersey’s roster of licensed online casino brands to 30.

Industry veterans Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander founded G2 Digital, bringing experience from established land-based and online gaming businesses to the new operation.

For Carlin, Vegas Club represents his first online casino launch since leaving Rush Street Interactive and Rush Street Gaming, companies he co-founded and previously led as CEO. Alexander was involved in launching PlayStar in New Jersey and helped develop the business as it grew into one of the state’s top ten online casino operators.

Vegas Club has been designed around the founders’ vision of recreating elements associated with an earlier era of Las Vegas, when individual entrepreneurs played a larger role in casino ownership and operations. G2 Digital says the approach places an emphasis on longer-term relationships with players, including promotions and rewards with more straightforward conditions.

“Creating a great online gaming experience means delivering authentic excitement, real player protections, and the feeling that every player is a VIP,” said Greg Carlin, Co-Founder and CEO of G2 Digital, as reported by Insider NJ. “Vegas Club Casino combines the timeless appeal of classic Las Vegas with the transparency and security of a fully regulated online casino. We look forward to earning players’ loyalty through fair play and a fun, exciting experience.”

New Jersey Online Casino Roster Reaches 30 Brands

Vegas Club enters New Jersey during a period of increased activity among new online casino operators.

The state recently added three internet casino brands within a short period, with Vegas Club joining Ember Casino and Betinia Casino.

Ember Casino launched through an arrangement involving Playtech and Delaware North, while Betinia entered New Jersey through a partnership between Soft2Bet and Caesars Entertainment. Vegas Club also uses Caesars for market access.

The recent additions stand out because new online casino launches had been relatively limited during the previous several years. The three new entrants now compete in a market where established brands have already built significant customer bases.

Vegas Club offers hundreds of slot titles alongside traditional casino table games. Players aged 21 or older who are physically located in New Jersey can access the platform through its website or mobile applications for iOS and Android devices.

G2 Digital’s founders have emphasized rewards and promotional structures as part of the platform’s positioning in a highly competitive market.

Carlin currently owns and manages Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, which operates Beach Club Casino and Lilac Club Casino in New Hampshire. His previous work with Rush Street Gaming included the development of seven land-based casino properties across North America, while Rush Street Interactive established online gaming operations across markets in the Americas.

Alexander has nearly 15 years of experience in regulated online gaming and was part of the startup team behind PlayStar’s New Jersey launch.

Online Gaming Revenue Continues to Rise in New Jersey

Vegas Club arrives while New Jersey’s internet casino segment continues to report strong revenue growth.

Online gaming generated $271 million in June 2026, representing a 17.5% increase from $230.7 million in the same month a year earlier.

Revenue for the first six months of 2026 reached $1.59 billion, up 15% compared with the corresponding period in 2025.

New Jersey’s overall gaming market generated $585.6 million in June across casinos, racetracks and their partners, an increase of 0.7% from $581.6 million in June 2025.

Atlantic City’s nine casino hotels reported $257.3 million in casino win during the month, down 0.7% year-on-year. Despite the slight decline, the total represented the second-highest June result in 14 years. Casino win for the first half reached $1.41 billion, an increase of 2.3%.

Sports wagering moved in the opposite direction during June. Revenue declined 37.7% to $57.3 million even as betting handle increased 16% to $917.2 million. Patron winnings connected with the NBA Finals and World Cup contributed to the lower sportsbook revenue.

Across all regulated gaming segments, statewide revenue reached $3.32 billion during the first six months of 2026, up 6% from the previous year. Gaming taxes totaled $500.5 million through June.

The growth follows a record 2025 for New Jersey, when total gaming revenue reached $7 billion, up 10.8% from $6.3 billion in 2024.

Internet casino revenue rose 22% during 2025 to approximately $2.9 billion and surpassed revenue generated by Atlantic City’s land-based casinos for the first time on an annual basis.

FanDuel and Golden Nugget led the online segment with $655.5 million in revenue during 2025. DraftKings and Resorts World followed with $569.8 million, while BetMGM and Borgata generated $376 million.

New Jersey collected more than $1 billion in gambling taxes during the year, including $581.9 million from online casino operations.

G2 Digital Plans Expansion Beyond New Jersey

New Jersey serves as the first market entry for Vegas Club Casino, while G2 Digital has identified additional regulated jurisdictions for future expansion.

The company plans to pursue launches in Pennsylvania and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Alberta, subject to receiving the necessary regulatory approvals.

Ontario already operates a regulated online gaming market, while Alberta launched its regulated sector on July 13.

For now, G2 Digital is entering a New Jersey market where online casino revenue continues to grow and competition has increased with the arrival of several new brands.

The combination of 30 licensed platforms and record online gaming results gives Vegas Club a large established market to target while also placing the new operator alongside some of the biggest brands in US iGaming.

Its launch through Caesars provides G2 Digital with regulated market access as Carlin and Alexander begin building their first online casino operation together and prepare for potential expansion into additional North American jurisdictions.
