New and revamped venues to debut by Memorial Day weekend

Pala Casino Resort and Spa will be adding new venues to the property and renovating several existing restaurants. Among the plans is the addition of a permanent outdoor stage to their Starlight Theatre. The stage will be located above the current Italian restaurant, Mama’s Cucina.

Mama’s Cucina will be replaced by CAVE, a 6,000 square foot entertainment center, bar, lounge, full service dining facility and wine cave. Visitors can expect the same high quality fare as Chef Luciano Cibelli and his staff will provide the culinary experience for the new venue.

A new patio lounge and bar with indoor/outdoor seating will also open with live entertainment and mountain views. Luis Rey’s will feature craft beers, cocktails and tequila along with a wide range of appetizers from either side of the border.
