Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited (1076:HK) celebrates the long-awaited opening of Phase I of the $500 million Imperial Pacific Resort Hotel, Thursday, July 6 in Garapan at the heart of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).

The facility, which will operate via the Hong Kong-based firm’s casino license transferred from the existing Best Sunshine Live temporary training facility in Garapan, will open to the public on Thursday, according to the company’s recent press release.

Upon entering the main entrance of the casino facility, a grand lobby sporting five giant LED screens and a hallway fit for royalty leads visitors directly into the equally luxurious gaming and entertainment area. The exciting yet elegant 140,000 square foot gaming area features more than 70 gaming tables and 190-plus electronic gaming machines.

Steelman Partners, an industry-leading architectural firm specializing in creating world-class luxury resort and hotel properties, combined the perfect mix of western architecture and opulence to realize what truly is a masterpiece.

Upon completion, the 14-story hotel building will feature 329 hotel suites, 15 deluxe villas, numerous Michelin Star chef-headed restaurants, spa and salon, and top-notch convention and entertainment facilities.
