Internet casino game and software developer, Greentube, which was recently acquired by Novomatic, has acquired “AbZorba Games,” another game developer focused primarily on mobile, social gaming, expanding Novomatic’s reach even further.

The acquisition was an aim by Greentube to expand its own social casino game portfolio.   Accoreding to Novomatic, “The purchase of Abzorba and its portfolio of leading product lines in the field of social casino game apps for mobile devices perfectly supplements Greentube’s current social casino portfolio and will further strengthen the Novomatic Interactive branch in this important market”

Just last month Greentube acquired a majority stake in BlueBat Games who focuses on mobile social casino games that are built specifically for tablets and smart phones.
