Century Casinos, Inc. is selling the Century Casino Millennium located in the Marriott Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic to a majority shareholder in the Viva Casino Group. The casino has not been a profitable investment for Century Casinos having earned below $200,000 annually for the last three years, less than 3% of the groups total annual net operating revenues. The amount Century will get from the sale is approximately $2,300,000 if it is approved by the Ministry of Finance and the owner of the Marriott property.
