German studio Apparat Gaming has launched a new online slot game ready to bring on the Halloween season. Plenty Pumpkins offers players a fun holiday experience with a fruit theme featuring a diabolical twist. The 5×4 game has plenty of fruit on the reels, but it’s not what you think. This fruit has been through the ringer, with rotten oranges and cracked watermelons on the reels. The pumpkins are not friendly either, with spooky Halloween faces, looking like they are ready to devour you!
Get to know Plenty Pumpkins
Load the reels of Plenty Pumpkins and you enter a spooky atmosphere. The background is dark and features vines and pumpkins in shadow. The game grid has the creepy pumpkins on it along with stitched-up cherries, plums, lemons, and oranges. Bells are also included. The game has a classic theme, but the Halloween twist makes it even more fun!
The online slot includes a traditional wild that will substitute for all symbols in the game. You can also trigger a Spooky Spins feature if you land four identical symbols on the first reel. The feature gives players three spins and the symbol that started the round, and all wilds are held in position. At the end of the feature, wins are evaluated.
The special feature gives the fruit-themed game an extra boost that will ensure players enjoy this Halloween-themed title.
Apparat Gaming Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Martin Frindt commented on the new game by stating: “The spooky Halloween slot is becoming a genre in itself, and Plenty Pumpkins is our take on that. This game has the simplicity of the iconic fruit slot but with some extra special magic sauce in the form of stacked Wilds and a thrilling bonus round. We hope players will have as much fun playing it as we did building it!”
Teaming up with the ComeOn Group
The new game launch comes just two months after Apparat Gaming announced a partnership with ComeOn Group. The developer provided content to the ComeOn Group for the launch of a new in-house application programming interface within its online gaming platform.
The new platform allows gaming providers like Apparat a chance to quick add games and then benefit from the instant distribution across all jurisdictions and brands. The company stated that the debut is part of its continued focus on product quality and allowing operating associates to provide individual customer bases with a quality entertainment experience.
