From March 20th to the 22nd, Asia Gaming Brief will be hosting their conference program, the ASEAN Gaming Summit 2018. The conference will take place in the Philippines at the Conrad Manila and feature two main conference tracks and masterclasses. Over fifty speakers will be on hand to provide their insight during the three-day event, with individuals from the online and land-based gaming industry included in the line-up.

The conference will feature two main tracks with the first being Strategy & Management. This track will be hosted in the Forbes Ballroom on March 20th and 21st, featuring information based on management topics. This will include discussions involving how operators are shifting to non-gaming, minimization of harm, chasing the dollar of tourists, developments in regulations as well as security.

The second track is titled Tech Trends & Convergence, which will be hosted in the Taft Ballroom on March 20th and 21st. This section will discuss innovation of next-generation gaming as well as developments in this segment. Topics to be covered include smartphone and mobile trends, daily fantasy sports, emerging betting trends and the casual gamer, among others.

Keynote speakers will cover a range of topics including information on important developments in the land-based and online industries. Among topics to be discussed during the keynote addresses include Japanese IR development, the design of next-generation gaming, market opportunities from a pan-ASEAN view and more.

Day three of the conference will feature a new opportunity with the option masterclass. Those attending the conference can attend the masterclasses to gain a deeper understanding of various topics including developments in regulation and compliance, with a class to be hosted by IMGL MasterclassTM. Continent 8 Technologies will be hosting a masterclass involving prevention of fraud and online security, while Ayima’s Dean Chew and Marketing Cross Media’s Dov Allin will be hosting a masterclass on digital marketing.
