Aspire Global agrees BtoBet deal with Russian National Lottery Operator for Sports Lotteries LLC

Malta-based B2B online casino platform and solutions provider Aspire Global has inked a multi-year partnership agreement with Sports Lotteries LLC, operator of the Russian National Lottery (Stoloto), for the recently acquired B2B sportsbook and technology provider, BtoBet.

Lauded as a “landmark” agreement, the strategic deal will see BtoBet provide its advanced Player Account Management, or PAM, module platform while also providing online and retail channel access to lottery games to the Russian state lottery operator, one of just two licenses in the transcontinental country.

Extension option:

The three-year contract offers an extension option and additionally includes the provision of 10 “retail sales only” instant lotteries in the form of classic printed tickets alongside a handful of draw-based lotteries for both retails sales and online sales channels.

BtoBet acquisition:

After announcing the deal on September 17, 2020, and following approval by North Macedonian authorities Aspire Global’s acquisition of  100 percent of the shares of BtoBet Ltd was finalized on October 1, 2020. That, along with last year’s investment of leading aggregator and games studio Pariplay, positions the Malta-based company among the world’s leading iGaming suppliers.
