Atlantic City‘s city council has voted unanimously to ban smoking on casino gaming floors.  The rule will take effect October 15th.  Smoking lounges can be provided if the casinos choose to build them, but the lounges must be built away from the gambling action.  Casino workers seem happy with the decision for the most part, but owners and management fear a possible loss in business due to the ban.
