As announced earlier this year, Caesars Entertainment’s ground casino Bally’s (soon to be rebranded Horseshoe Las Vegas), will remain the home of the poker brand World Series of Poker (WSOP) in a renovated poker room opened on the Las Vegas Strip on Monday.

Comprehensive poker experience:

The Hall of Fame Poker Room featuring 19 tables located in the same property remained open during the renovation process to hold a $200 high-hand promotion every 20 minutes from noon to midnight with players flocking in on daily basis. With the World Series of Poker available in a renovated poker as of Monday, the Horseshoe Las Vegas offers a comprehensive poker experience in the heart of the gambling paradise.

WSOP home since 2022:

Bally’s, together with its connected property, Paris Las Vegas, became the new home for the WSOP in 2022 after 17 years at the Rio, another Caesars’ property that is off the Strip. Bally’s has been known for a long time as a venue for low-stakes cash games and cheap daily tournaments. According to Caesars Entertainment, the casino’s basic operating principle won’t change once it is rebranded Horseshoe Las Vegas, which is expected in near future.

Horseshoe Las Vegas offers six daily tournaments beginning at 9 a.m. to start every three hours during the day. The entrance fee for each tournament is $75, with low-stake cash games available 24/7 in the poker room.

Transferring the original WSOP experience:

The new poker room will be furnished with the WSOP bracelet display case and a wall of bronze Poker Hall of Fame plaques to make the desired appeal to customers. The display resembling the old display at Binion’s, the original home of the World Series of Poker, is intentionally installed to transfer Binion’s experience into the new poker room to make it a familiar and comfortable setting.

Full casino renovation:

The poker room at Bally’s (soon to be rebranded Horseshoe)  isn’t the only part of the casino subject to the renovation process. Following the  Caesars’s January announcement that the legendary casino brand — Horseshoe — will soon be used instead of Bally’s, the company has planned a full renovation of the property. Once finished, the casino will have the iconic Horseshoe look with tooled leather, dramatic colors, and the gold horseshoe iconography being the brand’s signature.

According to the plan, the 2023 WSOP, scheduled for next June, will host poker players who can expect to see a fully renovated hotel and gaming area, as well as the convention center space where the World Series Of Poker events are held.
