The Betting on Sports America 2019 convention is set to take place starting today, running through the 25th. It is set to be the largest trade show dedicated to sports betting in the United States. Brought to life by the Sports Betting Community (SBC), the conference will feature speakers and a large exhibition space. Betfred, a top-rated retail bookmaker, will be on hand to reveal a new sports betting platform for America via their booth, #617.
New Jersey Hosts:
It is only fitting that New Jersey would host the event, as they are doing quite well when it comes to sports betting, offering both online and land-based options. The Meadowlands Exposition Center is where attendees will find 175 industry speakers across 40 session and 60 exhibitors showcasing their products and services.
Betfred has announced they will be debuting a suite of managed sports betting and trading products during the event via the exhibition space. The company has decided to use their award-winning OptimaMGS platform, providing their partners with managed products that include Trading, Customer Support, Anti-Fraud, Marketing, Payments, BI/Analytics and Compliance/GDPR.

In a recent press release…
Betfred Managing Director Mark Stebbings stated: “The entire team is energized by the opportunity to bring the totality of our experience and technology to the diverse and innovative US sports wagering leaders who are responding to the tremendous opportunity these markets present.”
Working with SCCG Management:
To get started in the US, Betfred has decided to partner with SCCG Management. The Las Vegas company will represent the brand as they look to obtain partnerships with Native American gaming operators as well as Non-Tribal gaming providers. The SCCG company has gained international recognition as a quality management consultancy firm that focuses on esports, casino entertainment, global sports betting and IP.
The bookmaker seeks to enter the US market with their 50+ years of experience in the betting industry of the UK. The company was founded in 1967 and today has over 1,600 retail betting shops in operation.
