Global B2B gaming technology platform provider Bragg Gaming Group (NASDAQ:BRAG) has consolidated all of its Oryx Gaming, Spin Games and Wild Streak Gaming group companies under the same umbrella, Bragg.

The decision to operate under the single brand follows the company’s successful finalization of its Wild Streak Gaming and Spin Games acquisitions in June last year and this past June, respectively, and the start of its new iGaming content launch in North America.

Bragg Offices

Going forward, the group’s Slovenia-headquartered Oryx Gaming offices will be known as Bragg Ljubljana, and its India and US-based Spin Games will become Bragg Chennai and Bragg Reno, respectively.

Also part of the changes, sometime before the year’s end the company will open a new Las Vegas office that will serve as a base for current personnel from both Spin Games and Wild Streak Gaming, along with new hires. The Sin City office joins the company’s established Toronto, London and Malta offices, according to a company news release.

The aforementioned hubs, services, technology and turnkey offering will all operate with the one brand of Bragg Gaming Group, with its iGaming content output to retain its internal Wild Streak Gaming, Spin Games, Atomic Slot Lab, Indigo Magic and Oryx Gaming, game studio names.

CEO Statement

“As we consolidate our group companies under the single brand of Bragg, we celebrate the heritage, values and successes of Oryx Gaming, Spin Games and Wild Streak Gaming which have built us into the company we are today, and which will propel us into our next phase as a global iGaming provider,” read a statement from Yaniv Sherman, Chief Executive Officer for Bragg Gaming Group.

The CEO goes on to say that they are “incredibly proud of the work that all of our colleagues have put in over the years which are the foundations we continue to build on.”

And they are sure that the “renewed focus” that their consolidation brings will be “positively felt” across their Toronto, Las Vegas, Ljubljana, Malta and Chennai hubs and “it will signal a new exciting era of growth for us all under the same umbrella with aligned values and goals.”

According to Bragg, the unified brand, combined with this strength of offering, will “enhance the representation” of the group’s international presence as it continues to advance in both existing and new regulated markets.

Bally’s Interactive Partnership

The move follows Bragg’s new tie-up with the digital arm of Bally’s Corporation (NYSE:BALY), Bally’s Interactive, that will see it’s online casino brands such as Vera&John, JackpotJoy and Virgin Casino, roll out content from its Atomic Slot Lab and Indigo Magic proprietary slots studios, in addition to a variety of of exclusive proprietary and third-party titles from the company’s existing and future portfolio.

Moreover, the company’s remote game server (RGS) will facilitate the distribution of titles on an exclusive basis from a number of the interactive division’s third-party partner studios, creating a new and exclusive distribution channel for iGaming content from select developers including King Show Games and Gaming Arts.

The agreement, according to Bragg, significantly increases the diversity of the iGaming content it features in key regulated markets it has a presence such as the UK and the U.S., while also having an option to add more studios to the partnership.
