In what it lauds as a “fantastic achievement,” global B2B gaming technology platform provider Bragg Gaming Group (NASDAQ:BRAG) has partnered with Merkur, in a deal, originally inked in November 2021, that has seen its player account management (PAM) solution now powering the Gauselman Group subsidiary’s operation in the Czech Republic.
As a result of the alliance, the German-based casino software provider is now able to leverage Bragg’s “all-in-one platform” that offers real-time data and marketing tools to help its online casino clients manage their day-to-day operations.
iGaming Content & Toolset
Also part of the agreement, content from the Toronto-headquartered company’s Oryx Gaming brand’s exclusive remote gaming server (RGS) partners such as German game developer Gamomat and Golden Hero, as well as titles developed by its own in-house studios such as the recently established, Bragg-powered, Atomic Slot Lab. And an expansive aggregated casino offering via a range of suppliers, making one-of-a-kind, exclusive and localized content available to Merkur players.
In addition to benefitting from the “single wallet, omnichannel and cross-platform product,” the Luebbecke-headquartered firm will also have at its disposal Bragg’s state-of-the-art set of gamification and engagement toolset, FUZE, which is designed to enhance the player experience and increase activity, users, and retention via tournaments with realtime leaderboards, free rounds, quests, missions and more.
Strengthens Presence in Region:
Commenting on the new tie-up via company news, Chris Looney, Chief Commercial Officer for Bragg Gaming Group, said…
“Providing such a prominent operator as Merkur with our PAM solution is a fantastic achievement for us and we are excited to now be up and running, powering their operation in the Czech Republic. This deal also sees us strengthening our presence in the country and we look forward to further building on this partnership and providing local players with first-class entertainment.”
Premium Product for Players:
Explaining the significance of the platform launch, Irina Ruf, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Merkur, said Bragg’s PAM provides a “leading solution with excellent tools” that will enable them to “seamlessly offer a premium product” to their players in the Czech Republic. The chairwoman goes on to say that PAM offers “valuable data, diverse content and proven promotional tools” that will help the company to significantly grow its business in the region.
The collaboration is the latest in a series of strategic commercial deals for Bragg that has seen its PAM platform delivered to leading operators in regulated iGaming markets and expand its global reach, having recently taken its online gaming content live with Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI) in the recently regulated Ontario market, and its B2B gaming technology and content provider, Spin Games, debuting in Connecticut with DraftKings and the Mashantucket-Pequot Tribe.
Growth Initiatives:
Earlier in the week, the global B2B gaming technology and content provider announced that it has secured funding for an investment of U.S.$8.7 million to “further strengthen our foundation for continued top line and cash flow growth.”
