In Canada, casino operator Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited has unveiled a plan that will see it spend approximately $28.2 million in order to build the new Cascades Casino Chatham in the southwestern Ontario community of Chatham-Kent.
Burnaby-based Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited is responsible for over 20 casinos spread across a trio of Canadian provinces and explained last week that the coming Ontario venue will offer in excess of 300 slots as well as ten gaming tables alongside its signature The Buffet and Match Eatery and Public House restaurant brands.
The Canadian casino operator furthermore detailed that construction on the new Chatham-Kent venue is expected to start later in the spring in advance of a planned opening in the middle of next year.
