With a projected opening date of November 2018, the Casino Sanary-sur-Mer in the Var area of France will be opening sooner than expected. The construction process has progressed faster than anticipated, allowing the venue to open two months early, in September.
According to g3newswire, Luc Le Borgne, the General Manager of Vikings Casinos, the parent company of the casino, originally announced the official opening date was set for March 2019, then moved up to November 2018. The casino will now be ready much earlier, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy 100 slot games in the near future.
Vikings Casinos will spend a total of €12.5 million on the project, and once completed, the Sanary-sur-Mer will be the 11th casino owned by the group. The venue is set to employ around 60 individuals with options for employment listed on the casino website.
