Premier global sportsbook operator, PointsBet, has inked a multi-year agreement with one of the leading casino and hotel destinations in the state of Colorado, Double Eagle Hotel and Casino.
Wednesday’s announcement communicated that included in the new partnership is the launch of mobile sportsbook and premium retail operations in the Centennial State, pending legislative approval.
According to the official press release…
…a joint effort by the cutting-edge bookmaker and the Cripple Creek hotel and casino, the deal will see the two ‘build out a multi-faceted sports entertainment venue’ that will be centrally located in the former gold mining camp in Colorado. In addition to more casino gaming options, the venue to be located in the National Historic Landmark will include a sports bar, multi-screen video and odds display wall, and in-house viewing parties for major sporting events.
Regulatory approvals:
Whether or not the operation is a go, is contingent upon whether the western U.S. state‘s voters provide electoral approval in this year’s November elections, along with regulatory approvals from the Colorado Division of Gaming.
