Red Rock Resorts Incorporated reportedly revealed that the renovation is to see it add Nevada’s third Lotus of Siam restaurant to its Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa venue alongside the Greece-themed Naxos Taverna eatery and the 13-seat Kallisto Oyster Bar, which is to be run in partnership with Bua Food Group. The operator purportedly moreover disclosed that this trio is to be located at the north side of the property and be joined by the Casino Bar featuring a limited number of gaming machines.

The experienced professional purportedly furthermore proclaimed that this latter addition will aim to provide patrons with a ‘classic and intimate vibe’ and be joined next summer by a renovated pool area only accessible to those over the age of 21.
A statement from Nelson reportedly read…
“Our company is constantly looking for ways to enhance the property. We’re always looking for what our guests are looking for and what attracts those guests, understanding that they come here, for the most part, multiple times per week. It’s about keeping the property where they want it, keeping it enhanced and relevant to what their expectations are.”
Further facelift:
Adding to all of this and Red Rock Resorts Incorporated reportedly detailed that the Starbucks outlet within the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa’s food court is to be renovated and be joined early next year by a Nielsen’s Frozen Custard parlor.
Nelson’s statement reportedly read…
“We were looking for something that would speak to our guests. Those guests are not looking for a day-club experience but that main pool and adult pool that’s out there is absolutely gorgeous. We feel that that’s something that speaks for our guests that live on this side.”
