Stockholm based online slots developer Fantasma Games has revamped and relaunched its 2019 smash hit Medallion Megaways, giving it a new look and adding some exciting new bonus features. Operators will now have access to the refreshed game by way of Relax Gaming’s Silver Bullet partnership program.
The 6-reel, 6-row, video slot incorporates Australian developer Big Time Gaming’s (BTG) Megaways game engine and an avalanche feature to offer players up to 46,656 ways to win. With higher than average volatility, the game offers a RTP of 96.13 percent while the minimum bet is €0.20 and the maximum is €50. The maximum win is 20,000x the original bet.
Other exciting features, Void Respin and Expanding Wild, can be triggered anytime during base game play. The Stone symbol serves as the latter and when it lands it expands to fully cover the reels and awards a Multiplier of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, or 6x. The Void Respin takes 10 random symbols and respins them, afterwhich each of the symbols are removed and an avalanche of new symbols replace them to allowing players to win more than once on a single spin.
In addition to Void Respins and Expanding Wilds, players will also want to activate the game’s Extra Spins bonus round. According to the press release, the bonuses in Medallion Megaways are “complimentary,” designed so all of them work together in the Extra Games.
Twenty Extra Spins come attached to the Progressive Multipler and are fortold by the All-Seeing Eye symbol. That same multiplier is also part of the Expanding Wilds feature. One difference though is that during Extra Spins the Multiplier is boosted with each avalanche rather than only consecutive avalanches.
In a recent press release, Fredrik Johansson, Commercial Director and Founder at Fantasma Games, said…
“Medallion Megaways has proved to be one of our most popular titles to date, so we wanted to give it something of a refresh and relaunch it with a new look and feel as well as revised gameplay to keep players on the edge of their seats.”
The commercial director explained that by launching the new version of the player-favorite title with studio partner Relax Gaming they can “make it available to more operators and player than ever before.”
Launched in 2017, the Stockholm-based studio joined the Silver Bullet partnership program back in October 2019, providing it with a seamless route to market, along with access to Relax Gaming’s comprehensive market reach and impressive client base comprised of some of the top operators in the industry.
