Maltese iGaming technologies and services provider, Fast Track Solutions Limited, has announced the signing of a deal that has seen it supply its innovative customer relationship management (CRM) tool to the online casino at Cashmio.com.

According to an official press release published by European Gaming Media and Events, the Sliema-headquartered developer revealed that United Kingdom and Malta-licensed Cashmio.com has now joined the likes of CasinoCalzone.com, Ikibu.com and MetalCasino.com in utilizing its Fast Track CRM innovation.
Simon Lidzen, Chief Executive Officer for Fast Track Solutions Limited, declared that his firm’s mobile-friendly Fast Track CRM advance has been designed to drive efficiency by providing users with ‘the ability to focus on what really matters to them.’ He additionally stated that the tool provides online casino operators with the ability to automatically analyze and manage every aspect of a player’s journey in real time from one central location.

“Cashmio.com has been a strategic partner for us, providing us with great insight into how we can provide Fast Track CRM as a standalone product. For its part, Cashmio.com launched in 2015 and currently offers a selection of over 600 online video slots to players in German, English, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish while its Chief Executive Officer, Maria Boelius, proclaimed that the site had initially struggled to find a CRM solution that has ‘matched our requirements as a brand.’
