Foxwoods Resort Casino has added Rainmaker Stadium to its world-class gaming portfolio. The dynamic stadium gaming experience opening in the Rainmaker Casino features 30 play terminals and three live dealer offerings, including Mini-Baccarat and Blackjack. The addition of Rainmaker Stadium further expands the Mashantucket,  Connecticut resort casino’s already successful arena style gaming offering.

Wayne Theiss, Vice President of Table Games, Foxwoods Resort Casino, said, “Foxwoods is focused on giving players an intuitive and entertaining gaming experience.” Theiss explained, “With Rainmaker Stadium, we are able to deliver a premier dealer-assisted electronic table game that combines a personalized feel with seamless multi-game action,” according to the press release.

Rainmaker Stadium’s multi-gaming functionality allows players to effortlessly toggle between various games by just pushing a button. It’s all done from personal terminals complete with charging stations, as well as dedicated beverage holders. Due to the unique concept of Rainmaker Stadium, players can enjoy both Mini-Baccarat and Blackjack at the same time, along with being able to place multiple side-bets on Mini-Baccarat. The new Rainmaker Stadium is thanks to a partnership with gaming technology company Novomatic‘s US division.

President and COO of NOVOMATIC Americas, Rick Meitzler, said, “We are proud to launch our NOVO Unity stadium gaming with Foxwoods Resort Casino, and are happy to work with such a great team of industry leaders,” according to the press release. Meitzler added, “It has been a great pleasure collaborating on this project and being able to create an electronic table game stadium that is comfortable, player focused and an exciting place for people who love electronic table games.”

The gaming-centric and player-friendly design of Rainmaker Stadium, along with its live dealers who appear on huge, high-definition screens, is appealing to seasoned players as well as novices. Because of the high call for stadium gaming options, Foxwoods is planning to open more 24 play terminals as well as three new games to be located in the Fox Tower in 2018. That will allow players in Fox Tower and the Rainmaker Stadium to be able to engage in gameplay at both locations, which will mean they can play six table games at once all from the comfort of a single station.
