In the province of Seville, the only casino currently operating is the Aljarafe Gran Casino. This venue was recently acquired by Admiral Casinos, a subsidiary of the Novomatic Group. Admiral Casinos is working to expand into the market of Spain and this recent acquisition along with the opening of Casino Admiral San Rogue in Cadiz, is helping the company to work on their expansion strategy in the area.

Admiral Casinos is expected to invest a significant amount into the venue to create a nice mix of gaming, food and entertainment. Admiral Casino Managing Director, Manfred Schartner, stated that the top priority of the group is customer satisfaction.

Novomatic Gaming Spain Managing Director, Bernhard Teuchmann, stated that the Novomatic Group is committed to using local resources for investments.  Goals include promoting employment locally and using investment to impact the local area.

Novomatic, founded in 1980, is a major online game provider as well.
