While the new regulations certainly bring with them new challenges, we’re looking forward to once again delivering the best product and entertainment possible.”

While an official launch date has yet to be announced, updates on the new project can be accessed on StarGames’ landing page.
After having approved the draft legislation in March this year, in a remote meeting chaired by Berlin from October 28 – 30, the Minister-Presidents of Germany’s 16 federal states ratified the new regulatory framework, Glücksspielneuregulierungstaatsvertrag (GlüNeuRStV), for gambling expected to come into force in July 2021 at their annual conference.
Thirteen of Germany’s 16 state parliaments must now ratify the GlüNeuRStV by April 30 of next year, if it is to be implemented from the planned July 1 launch date.
