The Greentube online and mobile software technologies subsidiary of Austrian gambling giant, Novomatic, has announced the signing of a deal that has seen a selection of its video slots made available to players in Romania via operator, Kindred Group.
Vienna-based Greentube revealed that the new agreement means that players at Unibet.ro can now enjoy online casino games from its parent including Book of Ra, Sizzling Hot and Lucky Lady’s Charm as well as its own Magic 81, Star Nova and Power Stars titles.
The Novomatic branch, which last month inked a similar arrangement with Swedish iGaming operator LeoVegas AB for the domain at LeoVegas.com, used an official Tuesday press release to state that its video slots have been provided to Unibet.ro utilizing its own Novo Remote Gaming System solution.
Michael Bauer, Chief Financial Officer for Greentube, described his firm’s latest deal with Malta-headquartered Kindred Group as marking ‘another milestone of our long-lasting cooperation’ that is set to allow Unibet.ro to tap into ‘a large player base that has a great affinity with these games.’
Kindred Group was previously known as Unibet Group until a 2016 name-change and is responsible for numerous United Kingdom and Ireland-facing online casino and sports wagering domains including 32Red.com, Unibet.co.uk and MariaCasino.co.uk. The firm’s Product Manager, David Craeghs, stated that he was ‘thrilled to be able to go live’ with video slots from Greentube at Unibet.ro as part of a policy of offering ‘relevant content to our players.’
“With the vast Greentube portfolio to choose from, this should not be a problem and we are sure the players will easily recognize everything we have to offer and will hopefully enjoy playing the games,” read a statement from Craeghs.
