Japanese conglomerate Pixel Companyz Incorporated has reportedly announced the signing of an alliance with Groupe Partouche that is to see the pair work towards bringing an integrated casino resort to its homeland.
According to reports from Inside Asian Gaming and GGRAsia, the Tokyo-listed firm is involved in a number of sectors including renewable energy and financial technologies and used an official filing to declare that the new consortium is now hoping to be awarded with a license to build and operate a ‘premier integrated resort in Japan.’
Nagasaki appeal:
Inside Asian Gaming reported that Pixel Companyz Incorporated did not reveal the proposed location for its envisioned Las Vegas-style development but is known to be particularly keen on Nagasaki Prefecture where local officials have already launched a program to bring just such an enterprise to a 74-acre site adjacent to the Huis Ten Bosch theme park. The source detailed that the Japanese giant moreover already has a capital and business arrangement with TTL Resorts Limited that it earlier pronounced would give its casino endeavor ‘wide-ranging experience in data analysis and the investment aspects’ associated with the gaming industry.
Latest accord:
For its part and GGRAsia reported that Paris-headquartered Groupe Partouche is currently responsible for 42 casinos spread mainly across France. The firm’s latest union purportedly comes after it terminated a similar arrangement with Hong Kong-listed Oshidori International Holdings Limited in May that was to have seen the two attempt to obtain the integrated casino resort license for Nagasaki Prefecture.

Sizeable sway:
Alongside its other interests, Pixel Companyz Incorporated reportedly established the LT Game Japan electronic gaming machines developer in partnership with Hong Kong-listed partner Paradise Entertainment Limited in 2016. Led by Hiroaki Yoshida, the Japanese company established in 1986 is furthermore known to be involved in the manufacturing and sale of office supplies and equipment in addition to the development of blockchain technology systems.
