Spanish online gaming software developer Red Rake Gaming has announced that its diverse range of casino games is now live with one of the industry’s top online casino operators, GVC Holdings PLC (LSE:GVC), which a day prior completed the successful migration of all five Ladbrokes Coral brands.
The new partnership distribution agreement will see the Valencia-headquartered developer supply its games offering including best-performing titles to GVC’s players, while access to Red Rakes’ progressive tournament tool and gaming portfolio will bolster the British sports betting and gambling company’s existing casino offering across its tier-one gaming brands and major markets.
Integration details:
Included in the distribution are Red Rake’s latest releases; Gustav Minebuster, a mining-themed cluster slot with a win potential of up to 20,000x; Mother of Horus, the fast-rising star complete with extra spins, fixed jackpots and non-stop action; and Million 7, a 10×6 video slot that offers players a million ways to win; along with the recently-released, Secrets of the Temple. GVC’s players will also have access to the Spanish developer’s top-performing partner games.
Key Partnership:
Managing Director of Red Rake Malta, Nick Barr, commented on the strategic partnership in an official press release, saying…
“This is a key partnership due to the synergies between the companies, and allows us to increase our foothold in already very strong markets for our games. We are very much looking forward to working with the team of professionals at GVC, and are confident we will mutually benefit from this collaboration.”
Established in 2012, Red Rake Gaming is now certified in Romania, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal, Malta, UK, and Spain, and its UK and Malta licenses make it well-versed with the regulated landscape and can see to it that players have an optimal gaming experience while engaging any of the diverse titles on offer.
For its part, GVC Group Director of Commercial Management, Obdulio Bacarese, said…
“We are truly excited to be working with Red Rake Gaming, a provider that continues to bring innovative new themes to the market. Red Rake Gaming’s diverse portfolio is a fantastic addition to our ever-expanding content across our sites. We look forward to building our partnership with Red rake in the coming years.”
GVC landmark migration completed:
The distribution agreement comes a day after GVC completed the migration of all Ladbrokes Coral brands on to the Group’s market-leading proprietary technology platform.
Having acquired Ladbrokes Coral in March 2018, the landmark migration is the company’s largest and includes all of the acquired brands, with Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala Bingo, Gala Casino and Gala Spins all now on the GVC platform. The integration process included moving 25m Ladbrokes Coral customer accounts and the final migration of 12.5m Ladbrokes customers.
Chief Operating Officer for GVC, Shay Segev, commented…
“I am delighted that this critical and hugely complex stage of the Ladbrokes Coral integration process has been completed so successfully. It is a great testament to the sophistication of our technology and the quality of our teams, and it is particularly impressive that they have managed to finalise it during this period of remote working. It also positions the business even better to emerge from the current crisis from a position of strength.
“The GVC integration model has proved itself time and again to be extremely effective at integrating large-scale operations with minimal disruption to our underlying business. As a result, we are confident in our ability to take advantage of the attractive M&A opportunities which we believe will present themselves to us in the future while further boosting the growth of our existing business,” explained Segev.
