Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, formerly known as Trump Taj Mahal, a well-known casino and hotel operated by Hard Rock International and based in Atlantic City, New Jersey, announced throughout a Town Hall event that it will reward its workers with more than $10 million in bonuses.
But that’s not all; as few employees also received $100.000 in Cash&Prizes throughout yesterday’s Town Hall events and few front-line employees won cash and prizes of up to $20,000 as rewards for their extraordinary work and outstanding results.
Bonuses announced after many meetings:
On Monday and Tuesday, there were many staff meetings where the bonuses were finally decided and reported.
During this meetings, Jim Allen, chairman of Hard Rock International, presided.
Mr. Allen also had the honor, together with Hard Rock Atlantic City Partners Jack Morris, Joe Jingoli Jr. and Michael Jingoli and George Goldhoff, newly-appointed President of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, to publicly announce this year’s bonuses.
Beside the bonus announcement, they thanked the employees from the bottom of their hearts for their help in providing the best customer service and the success of the casino resort.
However, the public announcement about the upcoming bonuses was made at the “Town Hall” meetings, where there were thousands of union and non-union workers.
With this upcoming bonus payments, Hard Rock employee bonuses are becoming a tradition, as they have been doing it for the third year.
The total amount of bonuses in the past three years is $25 million.

One of the best employers in the U.S.:
This bonus announcement follows the official news that Hard Rock International has been named America’s Best Large Employer by Forbes for the seventh year in a row.
To show how much it cares about its workers, the company reported a $100 million investment in 2022 to significantly raise wages for its U.S. employees, with the salary increase largely affecting 95 job classifications, involving jobs in Atlantic City.
Entertainment upgrade:
However, casino officials also reported their plan to make few capital upgrades and investments in the entertainment area of the casino just in time for its fifth anniversary this year.
This upgrades will offer guests an even richer experience at Hard Rock and will leverage the largest entertainment lineup in Hard Rock’s five-year history via an investment of more than $30 million in the aforementioned entertainment to lure more global talent to perform at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena, a flagship entertainment venue in the market.
On that note, Hard Rock Atlantic City has already reported 2023 shows by Sting, Keith Urban, Janet Jackson, Pitbull, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Anita Baker, Zac Brown Band, among others. However, many more performances will be reported in the coming weeks.

Revenues for 2022:
Regarding the sum of money acquired for in-person gamblers in 2022, Hard Rock came in second out of the nine casinos in Atlantic City.
However, when it comes to internet and sports wagering money, it was in third place.
