Scientific Games continues to find new clients who wish to use their casino management systems solutions. The company recently announced that they will be providing their systems to Hard Rock Punta Cana, a casino gaming venue located in the Dominican Republic. The company signed an agreement with the casino operator, Inversiones y Entretenimiento PC to provide the casino with a large portfolio of casino systems solutions. The deal was signed after a service performance review was completed as well as an evaluation process of the supplier.
Scientific Games now adds the Hard Rock Punta Cana to a list of Hard Rock venues they provide systems solutions for including the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Competitors systems will be replaced by Scientific Games options in the Caribbean venue, which features 45,000 square feet of gaming space.
Jon Lucas is the Executive Vice President of Operations, Hotels & Casinos for Hard Rock International, who commented on the new deal by stating that after the positive experiences with the Scientific Games company, at the Florida and Ohio properties, it was an easy decision to use the company again at the Punta Cana location. Lucas pointed out the strength of the Scientific Games marketing and bonusing solutions was a key component to the decision by Hard Rock to use the management system solutions by the company.
The installation in Punta Cana will begin this calendar quarter. Chief Executive of Gaming for Scientific Games, Derik Mooberry, also commented on the new deal by stating that Scientific Games is honored to be extending their relationship with Hard Rock, one of the most globally recognized brands in the world. Mooberry is confident that by using marketing, player tracking and customer service solutions of their product, the Hard Rock will be able to drive player excitement and engagement as well as casino revenues while streamlining their daily operations.
