Maltese lottery innovator, Helio Gaming, has announced the signing of a deal that is to see business-to-business online gambling platform developer, RISQ Capital Limited, serve as its official insurance supplier.

Helio used a Monday press release published by European Gaming Media and Events to reveal that the new alliance will involve its utilization of the iGaming Insurance Platform (iGiP) from RISQ for all of its custom-branded lottery and betting games as well as for its Hero Games suite of titles.

Multi-million jackpots:

Richard Mifsud, Chief Executive Officer for the Valletta-headquartered firm, declared that the iGiP advance will enable his firm to run promotions and games featuring jackpots worth up to €150 million ($169.6 million) within pay-to-play and free-play scenarios.

Mifsud’s statement read…

“Working with RISQ [Capital Limited] will give Helio Gaming the flexibility to deliver even more attractive lottery solutions to our clients. Partnering with RISQ [Capital Limited] will set new standards in delivering high-frequency and high-value jackpots in the gaming industry.”

Player attraction:

For his part, Julian Borg-Barthet, Business Development Director for London-based RISQ, proclaimed that his firm’s iGiP innovation helps partners ‘to create new levels in player acquisition and retention via scalable jackpots’ while allowing them ‘to run games and promotions boosted by jackpots that deliver the highest payouts in the industry.’
