Online casino games developer High 5 Games has signed a deal that will see Nektan immediately begin distributing its portfolio of real-money titles on an exclusive basis across Europe and Canada.

High 5 Games, which has offices in New York, New Jersey and Kansas as well as in the United Kingdom, revealed that the agreement will also see Nektan take responsibility for all of its existing interactive customer relationships in Europe and integrate its games into the Gibraltar-based firm’s managed online casino network.

“Nektan is continuing to deliver on High 5 Games’ clear and convincing results-oriented strategy of delivering great games everywhere, which is already creating new and exciting opportunities on both sides of the Atlantic,” read a statement from Anthony Singer, Chief Executive Officer for High 5 Games. “Nektan’s fast and flexible distribution model will maximize exposure of High 5 Games’ proven slot content, driving revenues in the industry’s most important regulated markets [and] furthering our expansion as a leading content solutions company.”

High 5 Games explained that the deal, which remains subject to a transitional period as final regulatory approvals and operating details are arranged, is to see Nektan assume responsibility for the management of its technology and portfolio of more than 70 interactive games encompassing titles such as Shadow Of The Panther, Hoot Loot, Secrets Of The Forest and Golden Knight in Europe. In addition, the arrangement will grant Nektan the rights to port the developer’s existing portfolio of Flash-based games and back catalogue into HTML5 for mobile distribution under a licensing infrastructure of its own.

“Adding High 5 Games’ casino content to Nektan’s games network brings some of the most innovative and proven games on the market to our distribution platform, significantly broadening and strengthening our offering across United States and European markets,” read a statement from Leigh Nissim, Chief Executive Officer for Nektan. “This is an important development for Nektan as it marks a significant step towards our goal of becoming an international top-tier gaming solutions and services provider.”
