iGaming Business – The Delaware Lottery has reported a month-on-month drop in iGaming revenue during July, despite the US state having experienced an increase in online poker revenue.

Overall iGaming net revenue for the month amounted to $173,096 (€131,206), which is a drop of around 7.6% on the amount recorded in June.

Despite the fall in total revenue, the state was able to achieve growth in the amount generated from online poker, with revenue up 22.6% to $31,398.

The July figures represent a change in fortune for the state, which, in the previous month, saw overall iGaming revenue increase while online poker revenues fell.

June also saw Delaware record its lowest monthly poker revenue since the first online gambling website launched in the state last November.
