Vancouver-headquartered regional slot route operator, Integrity Gaming Corporation (TSX‐V:IGAM) (OTCQX:IGAMF), recently announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer and Director, Peter Macy, and the subsequent naming as interim Chief Executive Officer, Robert Miodunski, who is currently a company Director.

According to the official press release, Macy, who exited the company in pursuit of other interests, will help with the transition as necessary.
The Board’s search for a successor to Macy will begin immediately. “The Board thanks Peter for his years of service and leadership,” said the company’s Chairman, David Danziger. “We wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”

Miodunski has held past executive positions, having served as Chairman and CEO of AGS, LLC (formerly, American Gaming Systems, Inc.) and as President and CEO of Alliance Gaming Corporation, the predecessor to Bally Technologies, Inc. which is currently Scientific Games Corporation.

“I can’t imagine a better person than Bob to transition the Company into new leadership. We are lucky to have him,” said David Danziger.
Miodunski said, “The Board appreciates Peter’s leadership and contribution to the Company’s success,” added Robert Miodunski. “Integrity has a solid installed base of machines and customers in its key markets of Oklahoma and Texas and I’m very excited to lead the search for a new CEO to guide the Company into its next phase of growth,” according to the press release.

Formerly Poydras Gaming Finance Corp., Integrity Gaming Corp. works with gaming machine suppliers, new casino developments and casinos. It has upwards of 2,700 gaming machines in operation spanning over 30 casinos in Texas and Oklahoma. For the most part, the Canadian company gets its revenue from long term and short term revenue share contracts with Native American casinos.
