After seeing great success with hosting WSOP Circuit events, the King’s Casino Rozvadov will be hosting another poker event, this time highlighting esports gaming. The first-ever King’s Poker Gamers Contest will take place on May 16th and 17th, streaming on Twitch as participants take part in two games, one on each day. Top PokerStars Pros will be taking part as King’s TV launches with this new and exciting poker gaming event. The event marks the first time the casino’s new Twitch channel will be used to highlight an event at the venue.
On the 16th, a Sit & Go will take place while the 17th will signal the start of a cash game. The SNG will be an eight-handed game in bounty format with a total prize pool on offer of €10,000. Taking part in the event are several Team PokerStars Pros, including Bertrand Grospellier. By eliminating Grospellier from the SNG bounty event, an additional €250 is earned. First place will take home €4,000 while second earns €2,500 and third takes home €1,500.
The cash game, which takes place the very next day, will see a three hour gaming sessions of €2/5 tables with a buy-in of €500 minimum plus a 7-2 bonus trick. The gamers taking part in both days of competition include:

The competition will be hosted by Kevin van der Kooi who will commentate on the events as they are hosted live on Twitch. In a press release on the King’s Poker Gamers Contest, Leon Tsoukernik stated that ‘after working with the most famous poker tours, he is delighted to be able to see the Rozvadov venue expanding into esports. The Gamers Contest along with the launch of the venue’s Twitch channel, King’s TV, takes place just before the property expansion and a new hotel that will open in August of this year, making King’s the number one poker destination in Europe.
