With many gamblers being smokers,  Park Lane Casino at London Hilton Park Lane  is developing a multi-million pound rooftop casino to provide table games to smoking patrons. This is a unique way for the casino to get around the smoking ban and to offer desired games on the roof garden casino extension. The new venue will offer roulette, blackjack, baccarat and three card poker in the great outdoors.

Since the smoking ban was introduced in 2007, casinos have been looking for ways to get around it and this is one of the great solutions that have been devised. The London casino attracts many international players who are not accustomed to dealing with smoking bans. The area is due to open in April. The casino opened late last year.

While there will be no live music on the rooftop, the smoking friendly area will cater to high rollers. With the £1K membership fee, patrons have wanted the ability to smoke since it is a private casino. Until now, there were no options for smoking gamblers. The inside of the casino will remain smoke-free.
