Online and land-based gaming technology solutions firm BetConstruct has announced that the Malta Gaming Authority regulator has granted it a pair of Class I online gaming licenses.

London-headquartered BetConstruct, which already held controlled skill games and sportsbetting licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority, explained that the most recent award means that it will be able to offer even more of its innovations to Malta-licensed iGaming operators.

BetConstruct additionally holds various licenses from regulators in the United Kingdom, Curacao, South Africa, Romania and France and revealed that the domain at VBet.net was the first to take advantage of its new Class I licenses from the Malta Gaming Authority.

Karine Kocharyan, Head of Licensing and Certification for BetConstruct, declared that the recent awards were ‘yet another step forward for our company’ as it looks to be able to offer regulated European operators ‘a full package of gaming products’.

“[This] is an excellent opportunity for our partners to use our fully-fledged ‘white-label’ offerings through one skin, keeping in mind that a Class III license for poker is also coming soon,” read a Monday statement from Kocharyan.
