Maltese online casino software developer EveryMatrix Software Limited has announced that it has officially applied for permission to begin offering its wares to iGaming operators in the American states of Michigan and West Virginia.
Headquartered in the northern Valletta suburb of St Julian’s, the pioneer used an official Wednesday press release to declare that the moves will allow it ‘to support its strong sales pipeline’ of iGaming innovations and come after it filed an analogous application late last year for the eastern state of New Jersey.
Ambitious aim:
EveryMatrix Software Limited already supplies online casino and sportsbetting operators around the world with a large range of solutions including its Casino Engine iGaming platform, RGS Matrix remote games server and GamMatrix management advance and recently inked an arrangement to integrate titles from Australian innovator Big Wave Gaming into its portfolio. The pioneer pronounced that it ‘is rapidly advancing in multiple commercial negotiations’ and intends to file for permission to offer its wares in even more American jurisdictions ‘in the near future’.
Fresh focus:
Erik Nyman serves as the Americas President for EveryMatrix Software Limited and he used the press release to proclaim that Michigan and West Virginia, which feature a combined population of almost 11.9 million people, have both recently enacted legislation to legalize online casino and sportsbetting activities and as a result have become ‘highly attractive’ to itself and potential future clients of ‘its in-house full turnkey platform.’
Fit financials:
EveryMatrix Software Limited has moreover disclosed that its gross profit for the three months to the end of September grew by 46% year-on-year to hit €12.6 million ($14.2 million) to take its nine-month reckoning up by 35% to €37.6 million ($42.5 million). The firm noted that this came as its associated three-month earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization tally grew by some 12% to surpass €4.4 million ($4.9 million) with trimester income swelling by 77% to hit €14.8 million ($16.7 million).
Attractive affiliations:
On the back of this success and EveryMatrix Software Limited asserted that it is now hopeful of being able to continue expanding its business in the embryonic iGaming market of the United States and has already inked agreements with a selection of ‘tier-1 operators’ such as Kindred Group and Resorts Digital Gaming in addition to ‘important payment providers’ encompassing Nuvei Corporation and PXP Financial.
