Leading international B2B and white label gaming software and services provider, Nektan PLC (AIM: NKTN), recently announced that it has entered into a sheltering deal that will see Danish online slots developer Magnet Gaming go live in Gibraltar.
Via the sheltering deal, Magnet Gaming’s growth into new jurisdictions will be assisted by Nektan and encompasses all available Gibraltar-licensed online casinos, according to the press release.
The Denmark-based developer’s entire library of quality HTML5 titles, including Lucky Dice, Railroad Express, Auction Day and Fish Tank, feature immersive sounds and high-end graphics and provide seamless functioning across mobile devices and desktops.
Commenting on the sheltering deal, Commercial Director at Nektan, Claire Osborne, said: “We’re delighted to be able to assist Magnet Gaming’s expansion into Gibraltar. Its slot machines are renowned for delivering a rich gaming experience over extended periods, creating significant demand among operators. This license sheltering agreement will help support Magnet Gaming’s journey to ongoing commercial success.”
Also remarking on the deal, Magnet Gaming Head of Gaming Licensing Thomas Nielsen, said: “We’ve seen great demand from Gibraltar-based operators to bring our portfolio live, and we’re thrilled that through this sheltering deal with Nektan, we’re now able to. Over the coming months we will be announcing several operators who will be launching our games through direct integrations or through our integration partners.”
In December 2017, Magnet inked a supply agreement with social gaming operator Chanz, enabling access to its titles by players in Estonia.
