After unveiling its Asgardian Stones title late last month, online casino games innovator NetEnt AB has now revealed that it went back in time for the theme of its latest video slot innovation, Hotline.

Stockholm-listed NetEnt AB described Hotline as a five-reel video slot that is the first to offer ‘a unique multi-level bonus bet feature’ designed to attract multiple player groups. It stated that the three-row title also comes complete with a soundtrack that will transport players ‘back to the 80s’ as well as more traditional wild, re-spin, expanding wild and free spin features.

NetEnt AB has offices across Sweden as well as in the United States, Poland, Gibraltar and Malta. Its Chief Product Officer, Henrik Fagerlund, declared that the bonus bet feature in Hotline ‘has the ability to give players extra options’ with the game moreover having ‘some cool new mechanics’ that have been devised to make it ‘stand out’ from its competitors.

“With this game we wanted to provide operators with the ultimate player entertainment by bringing the popular 1980s retro look and feel to our players and I believe we’ve achieved that with the creation of Hotline and its great soundtrack,” read a Thursday statement from Fagerlund.
