A little over a week after premiering its six-reel and 24-payline Conan innovation and Swedish online casino games developer NetEnt AB has now announced that it has gone back in time for the inspiration to its newest video slot, Victorious Max.

The Stockholm-listed firm used an official press release to detail that its latest five-reel and 243-payline video slot is based upon its Victorious predecessor but differs in that it comes complete with the innovative Max functionality, which allows operators to vary the game’s volatility in order to cater for the desires of multiple player groups.

Productive payouts:

NetEnt AB declared that Victorious Max is ‘breathing new life into a classic casino title’ that was one of its first mobile-friendly games and allows aficionados to switch between two disparate volatility settings to increase potential wins from 1,500 times the initial wager up to a far more lucrative 7,000.

Modern boost:

Bryan Upton, Games Director for NetEnt AB, used the press release to proclaim that the Roman-themed Victorious ‘has been a strong performer’ for over seven years but that it has now joined other video slots such as its Dead or Alive 2 in having its gameplay boosted by the inclusion of the Max variable volatility functionality.

Read a statement from Upton…

“NetEnt AB has been at the forefront of innovation-first games development for 20 years, leading the way in creating optimized player-driven content. Taking a 2012 classic like Victorious and now adding the game to our high-volatility Max portfolio means that this Roman Empire-styled slot is set to gain a new army of fans.”
