After opening their brand new 5,000 square foot poker room in March, Resorts World Catskills has now announced the grand opening of a new high limit area. Located on the third floor of the facility, the latest addition includes 38 tables games with such options as Pai Gow Tiles, roulette, blackjack and baccarat.
During the grand opening, over 400 guests were in attendance during a private reception to unveil the new gaming tables in the luxury area. Along with the new high-limit section, a new poolside event space was revealed. Guests were able to check out the new additions as well as enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
In a press release, Resorts World Catskills Chief Executive Officer Ryan Eller, commented: “This new table game experience is the ultimate in luxury gaming, providing our guests with higher betting limits and larger payouts in an exclusive environment; with private gaming salons and a dedicated VIP lounge.”
The new high limit area is home to six gaming salons, each with private decks. The overall addition to the New York casino was to provide a high-end area where players could enjoy a luxurious space while playing their favorite games. A service team is also located in this area to exceed player expectations with premium service options.
Resorts World Catskills also recently expanded the high limit slot gaming area, located on the main floor. VIP services are on offer along with 64 slot machines. Titles in this area include Green Machine Deluxe, Wheel of Fortune and more, with wagering ranging from $1 to $100.
The announcement of the new high-limit area comes at the same time as the casino has announced upcoming hiring events. On the 15th and 18th of this month, the casino will be hosting open auditions as well as information sessions as the property prepares to hire 200 full and part time table game dealers. Experienced and novice dealers are welcome with full time positions offering as much as $40,000 in annual income.
