Now live across all its clients, Barbarian Fury, has been unleashed by Malta-based gambling software provider NoLimit City. The new title brings back the player-favorite xNudge mechanic, which offers the possibility of scoring some barbaric wins.
The introduction follows the successful February launch of, Punk Rocker xWays, another game that pushes the limits and demonstrates the studio’s desire to become a leader in iGaming.
Barbarians afoot:
Inspired by the 6th century, when only the strongest ruled and the fearsome Barbarians ran free, the highly volatile, 5-reel, 4-row is set amid a dark and blizzardy backdrop, where skulls are hung across the top of the grid’s frame and an ominous-sounding soundtrack creates even more suspense.
Exciting features:
The 25 paylines video slot sees the return of the studio’s xNudge mechanic and features xNudge Roaring Wilds, a nudging wild symbol that can appear on reels 2, 3, 4, and increases a multiplier with each nudge.
Another of the game’s features, Barbarian Respin, which may be activated whenever 3 or more of the same high-paying barbarian symbols land. Another is the Fury Spins bonus round, which is the main free spins bonus and combines the two previously mentioned features for huge potential. It is triggered when three or more wolf scatters appear anywhere on the reels.
Big win potential:
In an official press release, Product Owner for the Swedish online game developer, Per Lindheimer, said…
“Back to the roots where xNudge® really begun with a nudge filled video slot in a blazing cold environment where the fire and wins will keep you warm. The innovative nudge mechanic to start off the Fury Spins is just as thrilling in main game as when you buy the feature – expect your blood to chill from the suspense!”
The game has a max win potential of over 8,000 times your stake and a return to player (RTP) rate of 96.06 percent. It is available for play on all Nolimit City partners.
Punk Rocker:
As mentioned, Nolimit City launched its Punk Rocker xWays early last month, and in addition to the reintroduction of its registered trademarked mechanic xWays, also unveiled an updated mobile-friendly Bet-Panel that’s “customised to a future of mobile first game development,” along with a “promo interface housing all new promotional tools.”
