Northern Lights, a partner of Yggdrasil YG Masters, has announced they are now using the supplier’s GATI technology as their market interface. This will allow the company to begin moving forward with its global business strategy. The revolutionary technology enables studios and developers of games to quickly and safely build and distribute content via the global distribution network offered via Yggdrasil.

GATI Info:

With the new market interface, Northern will now be able to cross-sell games to any global franchisee of Yggdrasil. This is a unique model that allows for quick distribution scalability and the opportunity to increase revenues. At the same time, brands utilizing GATI can also develop new ways to collaborate and work in the gaming industry.

CEO of Northern Lights, Andrew Goodale, commented on the new platform by stating: “We are very excited about developing our games on the GATI platform and taking our business to another level using this strategic and innovative technology and unique collaborative business model.”

New Content:

Along with the announcement of GATI integration, both brands have been busy working together to launch new content. Back in March, Northern released the new All Star Knockout slot game via YGS Masters. The five-reel, 20-payline slot is the second title by the developer and it includes an extra spins bonus game that is filled with multipliers.

The game includes a bonus board that has five boxes to collect eight stars. Players will randomly land stars on the reels. They can earn extra spins as they begin to fill boxes with stars in the game.
