San Diego County-based Pala Casino & Spa Resort has just launched a new social casino app designed to increase their presence in the online gaming community. Following the trend of similar social casino apps launched by land-based casinos, the MyPalaCasino.com app will come with a variety of casino games and give players the chance to win rewards at the resort.
According to William Bembenek, CEO of the casino, the app is aimed at existing customers of the Pala Casino Resort, and it will provide a way to interact with the Pala brand while they are away from the casino and earn prizes they can collect when they come back and visit. The rewards system of the new app includes a diverse range of incentives, from room upgrades and free spa coupons to merchandise, dinner discounts and even perks at their live venues.
The new social casino app was the result of a one-year effort from Pala Interactive – a software company owned by the Pala Band of Mission Indians that also provided the software for Pala Casino’s online gambling platform in New Jersey. The software company entered the New Jersey online market in 2014, when they teamed with Borgata Hotel and Casino and have been increasing their digital presence ever since. They are currently working on releasing the first free virtual sports platform in the US.
Those who want to use the app would have to create an account by using either their Facebook profile or e-mail address. The app holds a selection of eight games (for the time being), including their original slot designs as well as multiplayer and single player Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, Roulette and No Limit Hold’Em. Future updates will include other slots that can be found in the casino as well as free virtual sports, which, according to Bembenek, will be a revolutionary move.
