iGaming content provider Pragmatic Play is launching a new sportsbook, adding yet another vertical to its existing four-product offering comprising slots, live casino, bingo and virtual sports, with the complete “one-company solution” to cover the full trading lifecycle, from event creation to bet settlement.

The customizable sportsbook platform, like all Pragmatic Play products, is available through a single API, and will reportedly offer competitions, markets and events while also providing access to official data from major events in the world of sports such as the National Football League (NFL), Association of Tennis Professionals Tour (ATP), National Basketball Association (NBA) and the English Premier League (EPL).

The new sportsbook is now the supplier’s fifth vertical, having already found success with its existing slots, live casino, virtual sports and bingo offering, with the latest addition to its product line propelling it toward its goal of being the “market-leading one stop shop for all iGaming operators.”

Explaining the significance of the new vertical, Gareth Crook, VP of Sportsbook for Pragmatic Play, said…

“Our team has worked tirelessly over many months to build a product we feel highlights our aim of being the leading content provider within our sector. The addition of our sportsbook product is a further step along in our mission and we intend on adding a high quality and trustworthy product.”

Crook adds that their “experienced and market-oriented team” is driving them forward and that “multiple markets” have already expressed “significant interest” in their Sportsbook. “We cannot wait to bring great betting experiences to players around the world!”

News slot & LatAm growth:

The announcement follows Pragmatic Play’s release of its sixth new slot title for March, Barn Festival, which takes place on a farm in the country. The 6-reel, 5-row, 20 payline video slot employs a pays-anywhere system, a tumble feature, money symbols and respins, each of which helps to unlock the game’s 20,000x max win.

That launch piggybacked the provider’s two-vertical deal with Playbrands Group owned and operated gaming platform, Playbonds.com, for its online slots and live casino products.

The agreement further expands its presence in Brazil and in the broader LatAm region and sees the operator’s customers gain access to popular slot titles such as the recently released Irish-themed Rainbow GoldWild Beach Party and another player favorite, Fruit Party, as well as card game classics like Baccarat and Blackjack and the gameshow-inspired Sweet Bonanza Candyland.
